This is my thoughts too! I know she had better plans than this, but wasn't able to follow through due to her health. I just hope she recovers and blessed us with their happy life together T_T<3

Aww this was one of my favs so im really sad it ended this way before the author could show us the ending she would have wanted if it werent for health issues cuz i ve been following it for years now and got attached. Hope she gets better and blesses us with side stories when she recovers.
