Y'all want him to quit and find another job his career especially in that field is pretty much over.. The last thing another company wants is someone who is untrustworthy. He's only putting up with the offer because there's no better choice. He knew about the consequences and he did it anyways. He was given a choice after all. Take it or leave it and he took it. He wasn't forced to to all of this. It's all his choice.
