It seems she is in a coma, and her mom, who treated her like trash begged to keep her on life support? The og brothers also seem to be constantly checking up on her. Are they regretting how they treated her now that she is in a coma? ( idk if this manwha has a novel, but I assume it does? If not, then ig I will have to wait, bahah)
