Reading the novel actually gave me some anxiety about my career life
Like I sometimes imagine what would I do if I was in Seodan's shoes (the whistleblower thing not the sex thing with Mr. Han), will I turn blind eye to keep my little space in the company "safe" cuz I need the money to eat or I'll report it regardless of the effects of the results to me? Man, I wish I was born in the family with generational wealth.
If you're talking about the one on chrysanthemum garden it's also inaccurate. Just a simple example that frustrated me and completely changed the scene:
team leader asks seodan if he likes him during sex and and is desperate to hear it, and seodan finally tells him "i like you", but in the translation the wrote it as "do you like it?" And seodan said "i like it" making it seem like they were talking about sex
thing I don't like in this manhwa adaptation
They cut a lot of details specially the main characters interaction with other employees it's such a shame cuz I like to see their interaction with people as well. I like reading the complains of other members of their team because of how strict and workcaholic sometimes mr. Han can be, and how Seodan's process of getting comfortable with them.
