i don't understand how someone can hate one of these two boys more than the other (or even hate them in the first place).... they're both traumatized and complex people. they won't be perfect and they're (gay) kids trying to navigate life (in a country that's presentaby homophobic on this universe, correct me if i'm wrong)

justice for these two

In the same case, it does seem that everyone else are putting up a front of looking out together, but there's the hint of "boys will be boys" when it comes to taking something weird and blasting it out as humiliation or closeted prejudice.

And also this universe seems to be pretty set in with what's commonly known in a lot of Asian culture, where appearances are everything and opinions of others matter a lot.

IKR I hate HATE to see the comments like "Skylar/Cirrus is so toxic" "Why can't Skylar get a grip and man up?" Etc etc. I can't stand these shallow comments. They expect these characters to be caricatures of the basic BL formula. PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THEYRE THE MOST HUMAN CHARACTERS EVER. Every single time I see Skylar I relate to him so much because I literally go through what he goes through. How could you hate them for being human? How could you hate them for being highschoolers?!! I AINT NEVER SEEN HIGHSCHOOLERS ACT MATURE. People make mistakes. People do stupid shit all the time. This is nothing new. It's like criticizing a baby for not know how to write and read coming out of the womb. They're still kids who are living and learning through important life lessons. Like people need to chill and not expect too much omg—

Fr people be expecting HIGH SCHOOLERS (I mean maybe college kids do better, they should go for Semantic Error) to act mature when literally it's one of the more hard to deal with transitioning into adulthood and a more turbulent period of time dealing with emotions esp when the pre developmental period has suffered so much.

If they didn't have any trauma it'd be just like a normal school happy fall in love kind of manhwa. Man. They're putting adult expectations on teenagers.
