Wow, there's definitely a reason this guy isn't the one helping the victims reintegrate into society and unlearn learned behaviours. Idk why the guy who does it even allowed him to look after Sui.
He's not really helping Suitcase unlearn any of the brainwashing, he's repeatedly telling him he's free but does he even understand what that means.
