I disagree with you . It was really rare between the noble to be married before 17-18 the ideal age were 20-21 . But it is true that chuch legalize the girl aged of 12 to marry but see a 14 years old was very bizarre. I'm french so I'm talking about my country in 18/19 th Century I don't think it really differs with the other european country . ( Excuse my english if I made some mistake)
