How can I make summaries for the uploaded mangas/webtoons on here? Do I have to be the publisher or updater in order to write a public summary under the manga/webtoon?
If there is no need to be one, could someone pls explain to me how I can make public summaries? There are so many that have no summaries and I would love to make them so it can be easier for the readers to jump in or avoid some of the works here.....
