Reading this while searching for a new career. (〜￣△￣)〜 After more than 6 years in my previous career, the management workplace culture doesn't motivate me anymore. It really affects me watching someone like Violet who have people to encourage her to dream bigger. Not like I want to be like her since our personality is different.
