Pretty sure Haram is the name of the dude he saw in his dreams. He’s not real, it’s just the name he gave the non existent guy. Eventually sekye realizes Haram never existed and true “haram” was the Mc the entire time and chase arc ensues.
Haram is not real. He's a delusion Sekye created as a child to deal with his loneliness. Unfortunately he outgrew it as a child and it caused him severe trauma that affected him outside of his delusions to the point he witnessed someone getting hit by a truck and his delusions overlapped with it and made him think it was Haram. He knew it wasn't really.
