i'm only gonna comment on the latter half with myung-ha because i feel like it's unfair to be that pressed without considering his perspective. for us outsiders, we can easily say it's a dumb decision bc that woman is just a massive red flag (understatement), but for him, he's mentally cornered after all the bad news. he's desperate for his one lifeline — his mom, to keep on living. ofc he genuinely does have a great deal of self-loathing because of helplessness and guilt so personally i see their confrontation more as him trying to push the mc's bro away to end their relationship now and not make him suffer more, rather than just simple self-pity; basically the "i will push you away and hurt you because i care about you" trope.

Imagine saying all-shit about trust and getting angry at the mc for not believing at him then suddenly go back on his words and now would like to work for the mc’s crazy brother. LIKE WHY DID YOU GET MAD IF YOU’RE GOING TO DO IT ANYWAY. WHAT FUCKING TRUST DO U WANT IF YOU’RE A FUCKING MESS WHAT THE FUCKING HELL. I don’t even care if you’re hot as fuck, if you think like a dumb shit you’re not even worth it. AIGOOOOO. Then Myung-Ha making stupid decisions like marrying someone like that for cash, then pitying himself like that. So why the hell did he even start a relationship with the mc’s little brother? To feel even more complicated? Fucking dumb. Everyone’s fucking dumb, i’m done with this shit. Never been this angry while reading a manga. Waste of a fucking time.
