rather than strength, it's the fact that he has the authority to do anything he wants, which would put a lot of innocent people in danger. i was also thinking that idris could just kill him, instead of just brutally harming him, but im unsure why he hasn't done so yet (i probably forgot about it if it was already explained), except for the fact that he's literally royalty lol
