Her goal is to turn the kingdom of berry’s people against the royal family so that when they invade no one will pity them and see her as the villain. Currently they’re attacking the smaller villages knowing the royal fam won’t dispatch anyone to help them so that the common people start to hate them and now I’m guessing she’s gonna use the pearls to bribe the nobels to join their side
