2nd Prince - Prince Christos (Son of Empress Tigria and Emperor Subitheo)
3rd Prince (or 1st Princess) - Prince Scandia (Son of Empress Tigria and Sir Ibex) (aka Princess Scandia, they never really called him Prince Scandia since empress Tigria is hiding his Identity.
