It doessss, which makes me think that Cliff has a long lifespan, probably not as long as Leon's. Though that doesn't explain why Leon only lost his powers recently. ╥﹏╥ His body either set an alarm around that time to lose his powers even before Cliff went missing or lost his powers coz of the environment (idk I read somewhere in the comments about this oneee).
