There’s no rape

I don't disagree with your original point. It is an unfortunate trend among Korean authors.
However, in this case I feel like rape is too harsh as it doesn't convey the emotional depth the author created. Of course one can call it that if they think it is. But I feel the situation is more like angry, emotional break-up sex.

One person is angry because he just found out the person he loves is a bad guy...even though he desperately hoped and wanted him to be good. He is in a very emotionally/physically compromised position and isn't in the mood for sex. But confused as he may be, he is still in love.
Then the other person is upset because he knows he has to leave, and never see his beloved again. Sadly his position doesn't allow him to act like a normal person and simply explain things #gangster life.
So he goes in for one last emotional connection (sex) before he disappears, even though it is not the time or place. And he just takes on all the anger thrown at him...
I actually don't get why Korean authors r so insistent on adding grape or SA stuff to BL?? It's like they're trying to romanticize it or normalize it. This story was so good and cute until they added the grape
