Hey I remember this one manga. It's like about a person who falls in love in with a sculpter. He made a design for one of cofees at the cafe he works at. The owner and his wife are always worried about him. The guy keeps getting abused by his boyfriend , eventually breaks up eith the abusive boyfriend to go with the sculpter.
