For everyone who doesn't like it, what a shame..

Illian lived a lonely life and what kept her going is her good heart and love for people she cares about. Then she met this boy who I think she greatly sympathize with which is Jules and that boy looked up to Illian until that adoration becomes romance and making him obsessed with her. This is fantasy fiction so of course the male lead is non-human-human. Dragons are known for being obsessive hence that also explains why Jules can't move on.

Female lead's so reasonable. She turned down Jules because Jules is a kid she practically RAISED. Also she's not accepting the fact that she's fallen for Jules cuz he is abnormally infatuated with Illian Heinrich. Jules would rather kms and the others that caused Illian's death than live for himself or without her.

About Eric, he is also well written I hope Eric realizes his worth and have more boundaries like the Blonde friend.

We need a good character development for Jules cause he feels like an asylum patient even if he is half dragon, give him some self worth! my guy is a sad case.

I'm sorry if I have offended anyone with this comment but hey this is my opinion, you can share yours too so please let's respect each other. It's not like I'm spreading hat3 comment^^

I hope Julian grows too and loves Haven as Haven. Till then I'm rooting for Retriech x Haven. I feel like they can be a business power couple.

Tbh, I'm surprised there's someone defending this, but you do you, babe.

My main qualm with this series is that it's overall so poorly written (whether in comic form or novel form) and there really isn't any actual meaningful purpose for anything that occurs. It's tired, done and uninspired, and the lead up to any event is absolutely inane/obtuse. There's a gaping plot hole so wide it never gets filled, and Jules never really moves on from Illiyan. The romance between him and Haven is just frankly awkward and without chemistry. Illiyan's personality despite her age is also questionably written. I have way more complaints about it than I could possibly summon the energy to continue writing about. There are simply other very similar stories out there that are just executed far better than this one.

If people want a regressor little lady and a dragon prince, there's already Yarinaoshi Reijou. Then there's Regas, a BL version of this with the near exact same plot, but with way better chemistry. For an age gap power couple, there's Honzuki. So many options.

It might not be the very worst thing I've read; but it's consistently up there on my mind as one of the worst. For me, giving up on this was not a shame.
