Im not rly familiar with guideverse so can someone do a little explanation for me so i can...

The author tweaked a few things about the guideverse for this Manhwa and explains it themselves in one of the first chapters.

But if you still want an explanation, Guideverse is basically similar to other BL verses with Categories.
So the two categories are Espers and Guides. Espers have abilities, for example they can use fire or manipulate gravity. But these abilities also has strong backlash, by making them feel hurt or making them lose their minds, referred to as Rampage in many Manhwas.
Guides are basically the solution to those rampages, they "guide" them, which calms them down and neutralise the backlash. Guiding is done by physical touch, the more intimate the better the guiding (best method is sex).
And in many Manhwas these Guides and Espers have ranks F to S(S) and capability scores

Well im a terrible explainer but here is what guideverse is in laymans language. Basically in this there is an esper and a guide assigned to the esper. Espers are people with superpowers and their job is to fight the evil and save normal people. But during the process of fighting they will obviously get injured/loose energy/strength etc and they need something to recover from that state. That is why every esper has an assigned guide. Guides are people who can with the help of physical contact help the espers to regain amd recover. As I said its through physical contact, so hugs, kisses, holding hands works but if the esper is very much injured and needs a lot of guiding to recover then they go for the most intimate form of physical contact, that is sex. So to summarize, espers fight and protect, guides help them to recover through intimacy. Thats how guide verse works in a nutshell. Take it as omegaverse where their partner's pheromones can calm one down, smthg like that.

Guideverse:
-Espers and Guides
-graded by: S and a above, A, B, C, D, E, F class
-Has Dungeons that are accessed through portals(in this case)


Espers:
-has superpowers
-very strong
-does turn them insane when they use their powers for a long time without a guide

Guides:
-can stabilize an espers sanity level usually via physical touch.

Some notes:
- compatibility between espers and guides differ for each person.
- the chonga chamba is the fastest(?) way to nurse back an esper to their normal state

(P.S., This is only through my understanding of the guideverse, so please read this with an open mind)

There are many ideal of sentinels and guides in current many mangas. First I read them it was fan fiction which copy idea of world from tv show The Sentinel (1996-1999)

Basic is that Sentinels that increase their 5 senses or gain powerful (depend on idea). While guide is help calm down or control the powerful senses/magics. Some will just light touches or must be deep physical contact.

Some is similar to soul mate/ pairs by how much compatibility percent. or some will have soul beast/spirit form. Like some plot must be only pairs to help each other or some can be few guide with multi sentinels.

So for this webtoon/manga, It focus on level of powerful like ability level like B,A to SS. For powerful Esper ( idea of sentinels) is powerful being while general people who can guides with how much level can help esper. Seem like they need deep physical contact. Seem like Esper/guide need to have close level abilities. Like A to S pairs level that ill help more quickly compare to B to SS might take time if not for compatibility between them.

It not perfect but base on my understand. I did read a lot fan fiction this first then I notice that start to more for Webtoon/manga.
