I think maybe it’s because from the beginning that part was confusing and developed into sth weird so the author dropped it??? Like the murder attempt and a CEO or whatever he is being childish cuz his app has a bug or whatever. I was actually thankful when the author dropped that part of the story hahah

But he didn't fully drop it, I mean FL just a few chapters before was making FL go to second ML to have more material for her novel just so she wouldn't die
