The translation

The weird part about the translation of the sex scene, is that writing all of the extra words was purely the translators choice. In Korean he doesn't say any of that. He literally just says "It feels good", "(It feels) strange.", "I feel like my body is changing(?)", and I'm cumming." All the "Ecstasy!" and extra writing is literally just the translator.

Language translation does not have to be literal as long as the context and meaning are maintained. In fact, the problem with MTL is the literal translation and the reason we all hate reading them. I therefore don't see anything wrong with the translation as it works perfectly well.

Oh, I definitely agree and I understand that as a language major myself. I am only saying this in reference the specific scene that many readers have complained about, and one which I agree with them that the translation was a bit extra. I see how "the weird part about the translation" wouldn't come off that way, though, but that is more because compared to the original version, it was highly exaggerated which felt out of place, not because it needed to be translated to a T.
