methadone amplifies the sedative effect of alcohol while alcohol increases the risk of opioid overdose. mixing the two can cause difficulty breathing among other side effects and in extreme cases lead to death from your heart or breath simply stopping. in other words, not make you insanely horny with no other side effects lol. bro should have gone to the hospital (⊙…⊙ )
