It's because a lot of sex work is illegal specifically having sex for money in asian countries where most manga, manhwa and manhua are made so the pornography is blurred and censored to give them the deniablility that there's no penetration or actual sex or nudity (revealed genitals) occuring.
So the porn is censored in it's original form most of the time and the uncensored are usually more exclusive and classified. The most likely source of uncensored comics you've read are likely the redrawn ones by the Scanlation team to give you the uncensored cut but some scanlations don't have the skill or don't want to bother redrawing and cleaning up genitals.
Why do translator bother to put censorship on mangago, I mean it's allowed and won't get banned anyways so why bother ruining it?
