I heard that the artist got hate for not portraying the characters well enough and that they're stepping down I'm hoping it not true

Yeah, they received hate from fans (not the international ones) so they had decided to step down but after finding out, lots of fans (including international ones) shows their support by going to their Twitter profile and commenting on official sites so they have decided to continue!!! If anyone has time and wishes to show their support, they can go to their Twitter handle! They also read English comments from what I've heard.
