He is a boxer and gets punched in his head repeatedly. This is an issue as it can affect the person very deeply. I'm a boxer myself so I know about the risks. You can damage your brain by not having proper protection(helmet), it is proven just search it up if you don't believe me.
Like it can lead to many problems. Like memory loss, it can make the person retarded, the person will start loosing braincells etc... It is just something interesting to keep in mind because he fights so much
