It should be *Seno not Sano. Sano is one of the alphas in their circle..and apparently someone who also drugged Seno in the other story and were almost raped by Sano's acquaintances.

After reading this, I get it. Ryosuke is a disgusting guy. I feel bad for sano already for everything he have been through but this? Literally? That's so disgusting.
