Honestly maybe if they showed more from what he was like in the past people would be less sympathetic towards him. He also wants things to go back to how they were which shows a lack of change but it just seems childish. The author can do it in a way that makes more readers feel like this is karma...not sad, disgusting and disturbing

i'm not saying that he deserves all the things that happened but i think, it's his karma for what he did in the past (in the middle school). also, hoping that those pervs will leave him alone like??!!!??!
