I completely understand how people might feel this is just generic after reading the first few chapters. Not to mention there are scenes where it's not properly explained and the MC as usual just has deus ex machina. But if you're still interested to keep on reading of the story beyond that point, it's actually really interesting — heroes being treated as nuclear warheads, and their morality and humanity being put to the test. You really get the sense of realism later on, and honestly I just feel bad for the MC. Thankfully he has the Saintess by his side. Best girl.
