Yes, I thought that too, when the brother met Hakugin at Yurito's house and thought he had seen him before. Hakugin didn't recognize him because he might have thought it was Yurito due to the similarity between the brothers.
I think the person he(hakugin) met back then is the older bro. Cuz first of all, the big bro said along the lines of "he looks familiar" when he saw Hakugin and big bro mightve6looked similar to Yurito without the glasses when they were kids so he might've mistaken Yurito as his big bro, and on top of that it looks like Hakugin's bestie likes him as well, like bruh why u coming after someone who's already taken da fuck?!
