no he doesn't lose his memory, the last few eps were them meeting and falling in love all over again in a au (alternate universe) !!! so you can read it, it's all so cute and happy !!! (≧∀≦)
haven't read it in a while and wanted to know how it ended so i just read the last chapter - did mc lost his memory or something??
