looking for a manga

Sorry if this is confusing I can only remember the last few chapters of this manga ╥﹏╥

This was in Vol. 2 of a black and white manga(I think)
So the host (uke) is thinking of quiting his job, but instead the host club invites him to work behind the scenes. But the seme doesn't know this and thinks that the uke is going away to work at the host clubs new flag ship store. So when the uke tells the Seme the Seme starts crying cause he thinks he's about to be broken up with (?) and then there's a sex scene after (I think)
