Wasn't it that her first life was as OG Judith, her second was as a korean and now the current one back to her original life

If i remember correctly from spoilers in other sites, the royal family has an artifact that can grant wishes. After the end of the events in their first life, Luca made a wish, that made the world regressed. However Judith's soul made a left turn and was stuck first in korea. Then once her time in korea was up, her soul went to the regressed world thus starting the beginning of the manhwa. Her brain treated her past memories as a novel that she read.

Ps. She loved Luca even in her past life. When she sold him, she instantly regretted it, and tried to get him back. Unfortunately she was heavily manipulated by Franz and eventually died.

That is typically how the third life trope goes, but I doubt it here. I believe, like the comments below yours, that her korean life was her first, but somehow with the regression her memories got mixed up and she ended up thinking of herself as a character. Like someone below speculated, it could be that due to her being a unique case where she already had a previous life she remembered, maybe her soul couldn't handle all of that information with the regression OR it's just that her forgotten memories of Korea resurfaced, and her brain was trying to make sense of it all. It could also be a way of the brain protecting itself, by thinking her previous life as Judith was just a novel to relieve herself of some of the guilt and sadness that would've brought. (Since we know the human brain can block things and memories it deems harmful to the person as a way of protection).

Was the artifact for the royal family or Winterwald family? I don't remember, prrrretty sure the manhwa mentions it earlier in the story. I could be wrong, this is just what I vaguely remember from years ago.

Thats how I was thinking it went, but the third life theory makes more sense since how would the whole Judith selling luca and then dying come into play unless she like made it up in her head. Its a little confusing

I'm not denying the third life theory though, I'm very much agreeing with it. I'm simply saying that usually the trope goes 1st life in "novel"/2nd life in Korea/3rd life back in "novel", but I believe Judith's order is different, and instead goes 1st life in Korea/2nd life as Judith/3rd life as Judith redo. It still fits for the third life trope of at least one life getting repeated, it's just a different order than typical for the trope. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
