Its like people stuck in at the age stage where they over generalize the meaning of a word.. Like a kid calling everything that is square a book.. When it coould be a frame, lunchbox, bag etc..
Unfortunately we live in a world where victim blaming is a thing. Like that child likes you so it's your fault you're a groomer when you basically did nothing. I honestly feel bad for people having to defend themselves cuz of false accusations.
For me, those kind of things is something that should be look into.. Investigation and research.. Whether A behavior are legitimate to be considered as grooming and manipulation.. Whether B is being delusional or they are truly being manipulated by a groomer.. Because stalker also have delusions that their prey love them too through basic human kindness..
I want to STRONGLY ADD.. In no circumstances should we take light on pedophilia/grooming/grape/SA etc.. Those are all serious matter and issue that needs to be address.. Because it is so, that is why we shouldn't be throwing those word out carelessly.. For example, perpetrators taking advantage of "victim" that makes false assault report because they hated and wanted to tarnish "suspect" reputation, by saying that all assault report are fake.. NO! One case does not define other cases in its entirety..
We do not want victim to remain being abused and taken advantage on.. At the same time, we do not want innocent people to pay for crimes they never ever or would ever commit..
Honestly, a boy having his own decision to like someone is not grooming. She basically supported him yet here we go with these commenters with the grooming. You read it on the first place. If you don't like the plot go and read something else. She didn't even touch nor made advances towards the child. The child just decided to have a crush on her because she was a nice person (how crushes naturally works). For people saying a pedophile or grooming protector. Ok tell me if there isn't a couple you know that doesn't have an age gap? And all romantic stuff isn't even shown yet but urgh blood boils. If a kid has a crush and the grown up doesn't. It is not grooming. Get your facts straight. If a boy confessed to you who you've known since they were a kid doesn't make you a groomer. But I bet they'd still go on and on about yes you must've been one of those protector for pedo and groomers. Honestly, these people must've been so brainwashed by society. So what do you call a child who already knew the age gap but still pushes his feelings towards the older person?
