Penelope will get the glasses switched and before Yvonne realizes that Penelope knows it's poisoned she chugs it and basically poisons herself. This poison isn't like the one Winter made and it's incredibly painful. She collapses but Callisto catches her. Callisto also realizes he's in love with her and begs her to live.
