I'm confused too with the translation in chapter 30? what did they say??

I think basically he's trying to say that she shouldn't pretend to be someone she's not and just be herself.
And when she asked him if he likes her, he said no which meant that it's better to not like anything or anyone since they'll just leave at some point, then she asks him not to like her cus she's gonna leave, nor to dislike her cus her life would just be harder

They're just shit at talking to each other basically
Which makes it confusing half the time
