I'm on chapter 23 and I still don't understand why the older sister is getting hated on. She is just overprotective and caring of her little brother cuz she loves him. She basically raised him as her own. She might be strict and firm but it's cuz she cares. She should be praise for doing her best in raising him into a comfortable life and not letting him have the reminder that he doesn't have his parents with them anymore.
Everyone makes mistakes and overlooks certain stuff when they want to do they're best and want everything to be perfect. Him telling her that hits her to heart cuz she thought she did great but she's also disappointed she did something wrong when probaly according to her she did her best. And now she has to come to terms with her thoughts and feeling. Cuz we have to also understand she lost her parents too at a young age and not only that but she also had to become mature and responsible very fast. The weight of responsibility were dropped on her at such a young age. There were probably a lot of things she couldn't process or feel in the moment of so much happening.
I honestly want to know why alot of ya'll hate her. Ps I'm in chapter 23
