Update: Alright, finished everything.
I love how Jigeon decided to tell him everything. He said it's his scheme but he's actually being sincere and he did the right thing. He placed his last bet to show his true self and it's Wooseo's choice whether to choose him or get rid of the ring. So yes, he deserved it. Sorry, Jiseok but you're too late.
Oh wow I know Jigeon was sly but I didn't expect him to be such a calculative mastermind! Dang... he's planned it all. He used psychology to groom Wooseo (not the child grooming one but the type to lure animals to come to you first). He knew he can be assertive but he chose not to. He wants Wooseo to come to him on his own willingly like wow...give this man an applause *clap* *clap*
But with all his efforts, yes, he does deserve Wooseo. The man originally tried to give up until he learned he has a trump card in his hands (the ring). While Jiseok just popped out of nowhere and realized he too, has feelings for Wooseo like bruh, you've been by his side for like 10 years-ish but all you need is a push from your big bro, even the part where your bestie was taken away wasn't enough for you to realize your own feelings that your big bro needed to spell it for you *facepalm*
So, no matter how much of a psycho Jigeon is, the man deserves Wooseo. He might be crazy but at least he treats his boyfie well.
