I just skipped ahead and this store is not food store it’s a stationary store
It’s an old timey historical isekai manga but I don’t remember if it was Isekai but I’m pretty sure because the mc was using “modern day tactics”. The mc is a female and she opens a shop using modern day tactics to gain popularity. I remember the shop having this giant sign with a fill in the blank kinda thingy. They also released smoothies as a new item that didn’t exist in their era. Their store gets really popular. I’m pretty sure it’s still ongoing.
