Okjae definitely needed therapy more than anything else.
She gets humiliated by her abusive ex and in turns humiliates him.
It's not like there aren't guys that aren't into that, but I guess we should let it go because Areum was going to be an incel a-hole without intervention.

The way areum was treated pissed me off majorly that I started skimming every scene except for theirs because I wasn't able to enjoy properly with the thought of "maybe areum will stand up for himself this time!" Except when that did happen he took her back so quickly. She treats him like shit in public, like that is literally a horrible manipulative relationship. I have the same kind of preferences as Ookjae and there's no excuse at all for how she treated him literally the entire time, except after the first part. She could have communicated way earlier that he needed to change the small things, but also he's way younger than her. Just like, he was so cute and I loved him and I loved what I thought their relationship was going to be like, but then Ookjae had to go and be mean, manipulative, forceful, selfish. I get how she acted for awhile, but definitely was still confused how shit didn't even change for them until like after chapter 100??? It was just the main thing I was looking forward to so
