I think something will happen so Hestia will learn to love for herself. But I don't see that happening while his hubby is near her

Idk if I’m seeing things but did no one else see at the end of chapter 95 after Hestia said “Kael is the only reason that’s keeping me alive” that there was a carriage wheel shown and it looked like the carriage had fallen?? And Kael also went on a carriage that’s similar??
