I’m going to guess that the two colored eye guy was that guy who the uke couldn’t save during his first encounter with the zombies at his school. Although, that guy had moles at one time but maybe something happened after he got attacked. Maybe he is a result of someone experimenting on him after finding him bitten and he had eventually escaped. Or maybe he mutated and only changed a bit because the seme is obviously not human and doesn’t think like one. He can also predict things and I think they said zombies also avoid him.
