I'd let it go since he was basically unsocialized, he didn't even understand the basic concpt of familial love, probably didn't even understand he kidnapped her or forced her into a marriage. It's kinda unreasonable but still passable because olive doesn't remember, if she remembered it from the beginning things would be different
I would like this story more if the MC didn’t forcibly imprison the FL in their past life. Even if he didn’t have control over killing everyone she loved because of his curse?, he still forced her to marry him. He at the very least knew how horrible it was to live with ppl he hated, who tormented him, who took away everything he even showed a hint of loving and then forced FL to have a relationship with him against her will.
