So basically, seme noticed that uke was nervous around women (but not around men), that uke was lying about his dating experiences, and that he seemed shy around him (seme), so he just deduced that uke was gay.
But the truth is that seme had already developed a one-sided crush, and since uke is a man, he tried to convince himself that it must be because of the signals uke gave him (the man thought they were flirting for real). So when, in his drunken state, uke confessed how he wanted to have a girlfriend and therefore he's not gay nor has feelings for seme, seme's pride (which is so full of himself) was shattered lol.
