It's not just an horny drug but it is followed by blood of course as well. I did read the story but if so he "couldn't" help it Tristan was obviously ignoring his "tempted" urges as a turn down because Tristan didn't look at Wren in THAT explicit way because he looked at Wren as a what? FATHER FIGURE who he DIDN'T want to have SEX with, and they still don't know that much about the drug which is why tristan is giving Wren his blood to be sane enough to talk to and it's like you aren't reading some parts of the story for you to not see that
