Tired of it.

Ok, so he says he won’t rush him into falling in love with him… then he starts to casually throw pet names at him. Babe? Sweetie? Baby? Tells him to keep loving him as a brother… but also to try and find those romantic feelings within him? It’s way too forced, tooooooo forced. For the most part I disregard these type of tropes and be just like ok with it, but for some reason it’s bothering me so much? I’ve read worse,(placebo). I just felt like it doesn’t fit with the narrative of this story? Maybe I’m thinking too much into it. Idk. I’ll keep reading, but this couple, I just can’t seem to like.
