Okay, I'm not really on board with her detective skills tbh.
Marking the absent chef as the culprit is nonsensical with her reasoning of 'he sets the menu' and himbeing able to handle the sugar.
LITERALLY ANYONE WITH ACCESS TO THE KITCHEN CAN BE THE CULPRIT.

I'm not a fan of the storytelling in this aspect. The romance stuff also feels forced along the way, or random. So I'm not sure if I'll read this for long unless it gets better.

    I also hated how she was so dead set on ML being the serial killer just cuz she read 1 prologue sentence frm the novel. All I could say is she's mf biased and can't think of other possibilities. It's like they tryna boast abt her having used to work at court in her past life but made her a bit too unskilled to do detective job.
