Bittersweet

In the world of tales, where stories dance,
Dear Benjamin held me in its trance.
Isaac and Felix, their chemistry bright,
A bond so strong, a guiding light.

Through pages old, the art did speak,
In strokes and hues, emotions peeked.
Each frame a tale, each line a song,
Captured my heart, where it belonged.

But shadows cast upon this joyous scene,
Revealed a truth, stark and keen.
The artist's past, a darkened stain,
A truth that brought such bitter pain.

For how could I cherish what once I adored,
When innocence tainted, trust ignored?
The beauty marred, the colors fade,
A sorrow deep, a serenade.

Yet Isaac and Felix, their bond remains,
In hearts and minds, eternal chains.
Separate the art from the hand,
And let their story softly stand.

For Dear Benjamin's tale is not his alone,
But those who loved, and called it home.
In memories pure, the story lives,
Through Isaac and Felix, hearts forgive.

Though art may change and artists fall,
Their stories linger, through it all.
So let us hold what we once knew,
In love and light, in thoughts anew.
