I thought the only way figure prints are useful is if you have previous criminal history???
fingerprints could be taken outside crime scences/police records as well afaik, ijin crossed borders, had files in military during his mercenary services, went for verification of his identity as ijin, so it's not a far off story though im not really familiar w korea's system so (ФωФ)
does ijin ever wear gloves during these escapade missions or is he just that confident
