Not labeled correctly

I’m not understanding why this wasn’t labeled shounen ai rather than yaoi. There’s literally no sex scenes whatsoever in this. Like the story is super cute and wholesome and it’s enjoyable to read, but it’s misleading. I’ve been sitting here this whole time waiting for those scenes only to realize they’ll never be coming lol plus the way this omegaverse is so different than usual is a bit strange to me. It appears that most omegas spend their heats alone from what I’ve read in this story so far which is just bizarre especially if it’s your own spouse. I see no reason why Hiro wouldnt spend Masaki’s heat with him. Make it make sense.
