He didn't really label her, putting HSY next to the lover there was just the illustrator's choice. Because he was calling all of them the same thing. Growing up, KDJ was a lonely child with the novel being the only reason for him to live, so all the members played all the roles for him at some point throughout his life (especially the og novel characters, big part of it being YJH) as a parent, friend, lover, etc.
